We had a nice trip down Skookum, and stopped a number of times for pictures.

Bear Tracks

This is at the great view corner halfway down Suntop. We found bear tracks down the trail.

Suntop and Skookum

These are from Skookum by the river and the top of Suntop. I was ready to puke at the top, that rarely happens to me.

Crystal Lake

After riding the Suntop/Skookum loop, Brian and I made a brisk hike up to Crystal Lake to mark off another hike in his 50 Hikes of Washington book. We ran down, then waded in the ice cold stream at the trail head. The end to a pretty hard day on the quads.

Clown Shoes

Before our last ride at Capitol, I forgot that I didn't forget my shoes. (long day) This was taken when I was thinking I'd be wearing John's boats.
