River Trail By My House

A little exploring of the trail that goes by the river near my house. This would be a great cross bike ride. Shot with Lumix DMC-LX5.

Downhill Swoopy Section

Working on a bit of motion blur...to limited success...oh well. This is a really fun downhill section at Black Diamond.

Double Flat

Matty runs about 12 lbs. of pressure combined front and back, and rarely gets a flat...his number was up, double flat tonight trying to hop through the railroad tracks here!

Paisley

A man and his dog. We got a little break.

Scotch Broom

The Scotch Broom was out heavy today, sweet and in your face.

Flyin' High Again

Matty, of course, and new guy Chris!

Stream Crossing at Skookum

There is a lot of water coming down from the mountains right now. When ever we got close to these streams the air would cool down, it felt great!

Eli at Skookum

Eli and I rode about 21 miles between a Skookum up and back and a portion of the White River Trail. I'm beat.

A Very Big Log

This tree is about 8 feet in diameter where it crosses the trail here (Skookum), and is resting about 4 feet above the ground.

Skookum w/Marcus & Eli

We had a great adventure at Skookum. We started from the Buck Creek end and rode to the first river/stream crossing and took some long exposure pictures. I think Eli got the best ones, maybe he will send those to me to post. Marcus crashed a few times on the slippery diagonal roots. That seems like something you have to learn for yourself (right Tony)!
